Morita group. It gathers information from each branch offices,
checks, manages, and via disperses vital accounting and tax
information. It thus acts as a database for up-to date information.

2005. This branch was made to meet the increasing demands of

among the branches of Nagano & Morita. It started in September

Newly located to a larger office in April of 2008, Tokyo Office originally opened in May of 1996 as Nagano & Morita's Japan liason office. It has acting
to be the key communication-hub for Japanese companies investing
to the US. It has provided to its clients US Tax and Accounting,
European Valued Added Tax Refund services, as well as comprehensive
consulting relating to investments to the US. Professional staffs
are stationed just for these purposes. Since the recent enactment
of the new Tax treaty between Japan and the US, consulting in
new areas are in being implemented. It is located in front of
